MIGA-i, Bursa Gold Dinar, TNG e-Mas, and Public Gold — four very different ways to own gold digitally in Malaysia, compared on structure, minimums, and fees.
Not all "digital gold" platforms are the same kind of product. MIGA-i is a Maybank bank account. Bursa Gold Dinar is a platform run by Bursa Malaysia. TNG e-Mas is a feature inside an eWallet. Public Gold is a private bullion dealer. Each carries different regulatory protections — check the type before comparing price alone.

MIGA-i — a bank account
Maybank Islamic Gold Account-i is a bank investment account, not a fund or deposit. Not PIDM protected. Lets you convert your balance into a physical gold bar (1g–1,000g) at any Maybank branch.
Bursa Gold Dinar — an exchange platform
Run by Bursa Malaysia itself, letting you buy, sell, and redeem physical gold dinar coins. Structurally a commodity purchase and storage platform, not a security.
TNG e-Mas — an eWallet feature
A digital gold buy/sell feature built into the Touch 'n Go eWallet. No physical redemption, no stated transaction fee, but a buy/sell price spread applies like any gold trading platform.
Public Gold — a private bullion dealer
A private company selling physical gold bars, coins, and dinars directly, with a network of agents/koperasi across Malaysia. You own the physical metal, but this is a commercial dealer transaction, not a regulated capital market product.
