How to Apply

1. Stamp Duty Exemption

Automatic — your SPA lawyer submits Form CKHT at LHDN. No separate application. Confirm first-home status in SPA.

2. Skim Rumah Pertamaku (SRP)

Apply via participating banks (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, AmBank). Bank submits to SJKP for guarantee approval. Process: ~2-3 weeks.

3. MyHome Scheme

Apply via KPKT portal (kpkt.gov.my) or through participating developer. Check project list on ministry website.

4. PR1MA

Register at pr1ma.my. Ballot for units at completed projects. Income verification via payslip + EA form.
