Apa Itu REIT Malaysia?
REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) adalah dana tersenarai di Bursa Malaysia yang memiliki hartanah penjana pendapatan — mall, pejabat, hotel, hospital atau gudang. Anda beli unit seperti saham dan terima bahagian sewa sebagai dividen setiap suku tahun. REIT Malaysia mesti agihkan sekurang-kurangnya 90% pendapatan kepada pemegang unit. Minimum beli: 1 lot = 100 unit.
⚠️ Perubahan Cukai REIT 2026 — Penting!
Berkuat kuasa YA 2026: Individu pemastautin Malaysia tidak lagi dikenakan withholding tax (WHT) 10% rata ke atas agihan REIT. Sebaliknya, agihan REIT dikenakan cukai mengikut kadar cukai pendapatan peribadi anda (0%–30%). Jika jumlah pendapatan anda dalam bracket 0%, anda tidak bayar cukai ke atas dividen REIT.
